the variable fields for the bullets are in alphabetized order and customer also have the option to add more bullet but we need them alphabebized.
Do we have the capibility to sort individual variable fields?

Sort variable fields where? In the spec form? You have complete control over the layout in the spec form. _________________ Steve

OK, I talked with the venerable Mike Moebeck. Trainer extraordinaire. He teaches in his class to name the variable specs with code as the prefix. For example: V01Address1, V02City. He teaches this so that you can order the variable specs in the default spec form. The specs are automatically ordered alphabetically. There is no other way to sort them.
Now... I didn't trigger on this answer immediately because I never rely on the default spec form. I always customize the form and the tokens can be placed anywhere in the form you wish. So, even in this situation you can order them in the form simply by altering the layout of the form. _________________ Steve
