Since the past two weeks I have had customers complaining about the UPS 3rd party rate not showing on my drop down list. This now has been going on since 9:30 this morning and they only can see the custom ship method I developed and can't see the UPS methods. I am dealing with a bunch of un happy customers and losing orders. PLEASE HELP ME
