Trying to Get Started

Trying to learn the ropes of Four51, found a list of Introductory Training Videos that I was hoping to use to get started.

Unfortunately, the videos do not work. I have the WebEx Player, yet every time I attempt to View a Video, it freezes my browser. When I attempt to download, it opens a new Window with a blank display.
